Products not better upto the mark and bad customer services. I bought the eureka forbes one and half year ago for my home. It did not work properly. Some times it start it stpped, it stopped working. Then I called again customer services againt told me to clean it whenever it stopped and did not give me any solution. Now I have to clean it each and every time whenever it stops working. The technician in bangalore is saying that the electrical board needs to be changl. Also, the se rive technician is worst here. All went in Vain. Again I filed complaint when it did not work now I have to clean it each and every time whenever it each and every time not work products not better work and customer services not better.
