On 27th Aug16 personnel came for annual service; cleaned unit
Present complaint: leak from below unit and RO candle not replaced.
AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV WATER PURIFIER
I was told annual replacement of candle was done last year as per: Case 82791525
This is not true as under that case a pre-sedimentation filter was installed for which I made payment. Annual replacement of RO candle has never happened. Find it very hard to convince the service technician.
My immediate complaints are:
Leak from below unit after the cleaning done on 27th Apr 2016
RO candle to be changed at the earliest.
