Poor Product. Worse Customer Support

I have been a long time customer of Eureka Forbes water purifier. I liked the quality of products and also their prompt and helpful service.


Taking these into consideration, I opted to upgrade my age old UV water purifier to this Aquaguard NRICH HD RO water purifier. However, I was shocked to see how much the product and service quality of Eureka Forbes has deteriorated over these years.


Problem started within days of getting this water purifier. The water flow into the tank would intermittently stop resulting in the unit filling up the tank in over 2 hrs, which otherwise shouldn’t have taken more than 30 mins.


The technician came and delivered their usual pitch for me to buy a pressure pump, replace the iron filters etc. Instead of buying a pressure pump, I replaced the entire plumbing of my kitchen and now there is no dearth of water pressure in the pipes. I also got the iron filters replaced for Rs 1060


However, the problem continues. To top it all, the service logging system of Eureka Forbes is non functional. Despite being a customer for more than 8 years, when I enter my registered mobile number, they are "Unable To Find My Record" in their system, for which I have to enter ALL my details every time I want to log a service request.


Almost at my wits end with this pathetic product and their disgusting service system.


If you’re reading this and want peace of mind, please avoid Eureka Forbes at every cost. Be mindful, that till a couple years back, I was a huge advocate of Eureka Forbes products but now I am compelled to advice people against wasting their money on their products.


Go with any other water purifier but Aquaguard. Eureka Forbes is nothing but a snob organization who believes that their products should be priced above market, to give an impression of premium quality. But they are just pieces of junk.
