The company only gives access to the Aquaguard only for 6l liters. I don’t know if I purchased a water purifier or Jio data pack.
BTW the filter cost about Rs.2500 and lasts just 6 months so just imagine, you’ll be spending Rs.5000 every year to drink water from your own water purifier.
They’re all trying to sell their AMC which cost about Rs.2800 so that the customers will obviously feel better to pay for AMC that cover filter. Clearly a scam.
The company provides BS like we can’t change your filter even if your product is in warranty because it’s company policy. Though it’s a company policy it still an unlawful one. this is just ripping off your customers because they fell into your marketing scam and didn’t read the policy. So sad to see such a big brand like Eureka Forbes scamming Indians.
