I bought a “Forbes Easy Clean” easy clean vacuum cleaner some time back. After one year the “dust bag “ got damaged. When I tried get the same from your customer care centers(In Bangalore) , I always go the answer that “Ïts currently out of stock”
I tried many times and its been more than one year and still I am getting the same answers.
I even filed a ticked in your website (Ticket no c3cfc07872e8 ) on 10/10/12. I didn’t receive any response for that also.This is really bad service from Eureka Forbes who proudly boasts they have one best after sales service.
