I bought this Euroair Detox Air purifier in 2012 and facing issues,
It stopped working while in warranty and took hell lot of effort/follow-up to get it replaced
The Hepa filter replacement light never came up till now. I was told that it does not work
Last 4 months I am trying to get replacement filter. I called Online Sales: 080-46636363 also tried
https://eurekaforbes.com/ They don’t have replacement filter for this. They gave me service center numbers. So far I tried 3 of them, I sent them photos. NO ONE has got back with replacement filter.
Looks like I have to throw the whole purifier as can’t get replacement filter.
Better go far purifier from Honeywell or Phillips as replacement filters are readily available and products don’t become obsolete so fast.
