Recently I purchased two Euroair O2 room air purifiers and OneEuro air pure air car air purifier. They are supposed clean the air and provide ionised air for good health.
But, both the room air purifiers stopped working due to a faulty fixing of the fan. The service personnel came after many calls and did fix it temporarily. But the fan again failed in one of them. Since then despite so many calls to the representative who supplied it, to local Eureka Forbes office and Euro Helpline, there has been no response.
As regards the car air purifier it worked only for few minutes after the purchase and the fan in it stopped working. But many phone calls, the unit was replaced with a new one. But again it failed on the same day, with the same complaint. The fan will run for 1 or 2 minutes and then will stop and will not work the whole day. Next day if you try it may work for 1 minute and then will stop. As per Eureka Forbes claim the fan should have a life span of 50, 000 hours. Sure it is a failed product dumped on the customers.
I feel I have been taken for a jolly good raid, as I was keen on health products. Waste of money besides mental agony
