I have brought wet and dry Vacuum Cleaner two months ago. The person is Eureka’s Direct salesman (Nagendra SH -97414182651) sold this to us but never came back to show demo.We called him many times but he never responded. I have called euro help line ref complain no 85034388 on 28th June...again reminded them many times...I even thretened them saying that I will pack this and send it back to their Corparate office...Oh...even though..no results.
Never came across this bad service from big corparate !! This Eurohelpline is use less they never back to me asking whether I received the service or not..I even written in to their feedback available online...thinking that some thing will happen..no use just a waist of time to writing to them or calling to them...This shows their service quality throughout their organisation...right from the sales person...I have invested hard earned Rs 10000 on this and it is sitting in the corner of the room without any work...
