M/s Eureka Forbes had better shut down, their products, even the elite ones for which they charge a bomb are of very very poor quality, hardly any QC is carried out. Earlier my RO, of premium Genius brand had so many issues, one after the other, even the main pump had to be replaced. And now my other premium product MOP N VAC has failed. They took my machine in first week of July, 2020, my phone calls and emails do not even elicit a reply. Their local head of service does not even have the courtesy to take my calls. I am now dragging them to consumer court for redressal.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS PREMIER COMPANY CALLED EUREKA FORBES PART OF SHAPOORJI PALLONJI GROUP OF WHICH I WAS A PART IN THE EARLY 80’S?
