I have bought this product before 4.3 years ago. Main concern to buy this was it can use for wet and dry both. Eureka Forbes is trusted the brand from many years in vacuum cleaner, so I decided to go only for this. At the time of purchased seller didn’t explain that you need to remove dust cover before uses for wet and you can use it either for dust or for wet at a time. But you will notice the reality only after the uses.
After the 4 months of uses product stop working and then I faced pathetic service from Eureka Forbes. They took almost 5 months to resolve it. Each and every time their executive told me I will inform you but when my vacuum cleaner was ready in working condition nobody informed me for 25 days. When I called them back they said it is ready since 25 days. Useless service centres of Eureka Forbes.
If you are thinking to for this product think twice before buy it. It is not compact. For Industrial use it is okay but not for homes. You can’t tolerate noise of the vacuum cleaner at one level. And it took too much time to change it for wet to dry or dry to wet. In that time we can clean it with mop. Hope this review will help you to buy the product.
