BEWARE OF EUROCLEAN PRODUCTS..!

I hope this article will shed light on all those who want to purchase EuroClean Wet and Dry vacuum cleaner.


Positives:




  1. Powerful suction




  2. Adequate Accessories




  3. Wet and Dry option makes it simpler to use for washing cars and cleaning window panes






Negatives:




  1. Quality of product could have been better




  2. Service quality - well, there is absolutely no service - why talk of quality of service?




  3. Length of power cable not good enough.




  4. There is just one important accessory - a connector - which is likely to make all other accessories unusable if it goes missing...!






Well, here is my experience. I purchased this as I wanted to keep my car and home clean because I had my newborn son moving around. Within the first month of use, the handle for the hose gave up. A crack appeared on the handle when the vacuum cleaner was gently pulled, and this resulted in loss of power in the suction due to leak.


I registered a complaint with the salesman not knowing their customer care numbers (bill and invoice was yet to be received). He received the complaint and promised he would come down but did not give me their customer care numbers. He never turned up. I had another salesman approach one of my other friends through whom I got the customer care number and registered a complaint on Jan 25, 2007.


No one turned up until Jan 31, 2007. I made repeated calls at least seven times in the past one month and the response I got every time was that they would immediately send a service personnel and that my complaint has been escalated to higher authorities. Not a single call did I receive from them. Our professional life was getting into trouble due to these false promises since either me or my wife had to avail leave from the job and stay at home believing in these promises. It took us a while to realize these were false promises.


Until today, March 5, 2007, the complaint still remains and I wonder if the warranty period also would be a thing of the past before they attend to our complaint. I went to their website, registered myself and my product, and sent a complaint - again no response..!


All their focus is only on selling products and not in serving the customers or attending to their issues...! Please be careful before you buy any of EuroClean’s products..!
