PLEASE DONOT BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS

I bought a Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner on 21 Jan 2013 and was given a temporary receipt with a promise that the final original receipt will arrive by courier within a week’s time. It has been 4 months now and the only answer I get is that the receipt is on its way. To add to this situation, within a month the front nozzle cracked and when I approached the sales person Mr.Rajiv Gandhi he did even not want to acknowledge it and refused to address the situation.


On subsequent occasions Rajiv Gandhi just did not pick up any of the calls, so much for his promise at the time of sales that he will resolve all issues. In fact he never came for any product demo also. I then lodged a complaint with the customer service center but in vain. Since there was no resolution of the problems my husband approached the local service center at Ramapuram and met one Mr. R.Suresh Kumar (Group Customer Service Specialist) who informed that Rajiv Gandhi had left the services of the Company and accepted that it was their mistake that the receipt is still not been sent and for lack of any support of product replacement.


He promised to resolve the same within 4 days and gave a fresh complaint number 88290114. On contacting him after the completion of 4 days he said that the receipt will be dispatched and the part replacement was being delayed due to lack of supply and requested for extension of time. When I tried reaching him after a week Mr.R.Suresh Kumar is also not picking his calls nor is the Ramapuram service center.


When I called the customer service center today 25 May 2013 regarding this one Ms.Dhanalakshmi attended the call and has the nerve to tell me that she cannot do anything about this and that I have to contact the accounts department for receipt and service center for replacement. After I gave her a piece of my mind and threatened to file a consumer complaint she agreed to register another complaint no.88493418.


When I had queried on the concerned higher up for escalation, she had with a total laid back attitude asked me to register a complaint online in their website, having full knowledge that there is no such provision available in the website.


Surprising part is I receive atleast 2 calls from the customer service for buying other products of eureka forbes and when I start telling them my experience with the company they just disconnect the line.


Eureka Forbes seems to have no customer service and their only company motto is badger the customer to buy the product and cheat innocent people of their money.
