We purchased the Wet & Dry cleaner atleast six years back. Two months back we paid for AMC an amount of INR 2300/- to a person by name Mr. Saji in CHENNAI. After the cheque was issued he never bothered to return the call. We had a motor problem due to which the vacuum cleaner is not working. We contacted Saji’s senior by name Mr. Sri Mano, who also was helpless.
The vacuum cleaner is now sitting like a doll in my home. Repeated calls and enquiries are turning out to be futile. It’s surprising to see that people sell the product that they are so enthusiasitc, but the service is so pathetic. As it is told, a bad service travels faster than a good one, I would never recommend this product or for that matter any other of Eureka Forbes to any of my friends or relatives.
If Eureka Forbes is really serious about resolving this issue, let them do something concrete for the issue raised above. If not, I only have to think that my AMC payment has gone down the drain.
