Not a useful product

I bought it thinking that it would help to buy a wet and dry vacuum cleaner. Honestly, it is hardly ever used in wet mode. It is very inconvenient to switch between the dry and wet modes. You need to take off 2 filters , put one rubber gasket etc to switch to wet mode. They told me that you can use it for cleaning a sump, as it sucks in water in wet mode. Actually the capacity to hold water is just a few litres, you cant even clean a small syntex tank with it!! I just turned out be a useless piece of equipment to me. Of course it’s dry mode is OK, just like a normal vacuum.

The power cord is less than 5 meters , making it difficult to use in areas where there is no power point nearby. To make things worse, there are 2 types of attachments (nozzels, brushes etc) , one smaller in diameter. Hence you cannot easily change among them as you need to fix it through an adaptor tube! I think this is really bad design, as it just takes more time and they should have kept just one diameter for all attachments.

The power is good, but it is not really helping in cleaning a lot. There is no paper bag, but a reusable cloth filter bag. This is large and hold a lot of dust hence cleaning it is not that difficult. The unit itself is too large and tall, making it difficult to carry around and use.

Unless you are specifically looking for a wet vacuum , do not go for this. A normal dry only would work better. Personally I did not find the wet feature being used at all in our house. It is working without problems for about 2 years, so I did not get chance to see how good the service is .
