Eureka Forbes Euroclean Wet and Dry

No Installation, No Invoice, No Warranty given

I bought Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry from Eureka Forbes company sales person on 5th September 2010(Order form number 711052265).


Today is 24th October, and despite complaints lodged on the website and call center(complaint number 83690510) and with sales person, nobody from the Eureka Forbes company has bothered to contact me.


The Wet and Dry model was delivered to me long back, but it is still lying in sealed condition.


The company has not bothered to send anyone for installation and demo. No Invoice has been provided, and No Warranty card has been provided.


It is a frustrating experience with Eureka Forbes.
