I own some of the best cleaners in the world from Dyson, Hoover etc for many years and they are still functional after years of heavy use. Not only are they functional but powerful and innovative too. I never had to worry for the sales of any part in-spite of 5+ years of abuse. The heavy price tag is justified.
The EurekaForbes Wet and Dry cleaner did a fair job for what its worth, but the trouble started with its after sales service. The guys are just clueless on how to manage it and it just sucks with the way they present when approached. In spite of repeated calls and emails to their top honchos they just do not care. probably this is how it gets when you are not having much local competition.
I strongly feel we are better off buying the imported products as they work as promised for a few years at least unlike our EurekaForbes which failed under 2 years and have terrible service issues. In any case before you buy from Eureka Forbes mention about this point and ensure you wont be having to face the troubles many other are facing with them.
