However, as I live in a very dustry, busy center in Blr, I decided to buy their W&D new model deep cleaning/sucking Vcleaner. I called their S.exe who came and demonstrated everything to me. However, before placing the order I wanted to chk out their product/service once agn over the net. As the guy was claiming that it has a lifetime free service warranty etc.
Additionally, he also said that from the time I asked him to come and demonstrate 3 days bk to now, the price has gone up by 300/- Rs. to 9990/- which I found quite surprising. Fortunately, I saw your post on Mouthshut.com. After reading your post, I have decided not to go with EForbes and I am planning to see if Hoover or one of the others has a better product/service. I am reminded of a few lines "I am your customer who never complains but I hit back by never coming back to your shop again etc. by author anonymous. If anyone has any suggestions
It serves EForbes right that people should not buy their products and tell other people not to buy their products because of their pathetic service. However, my experience with Tata Croma has been very good and almost all their sales people have a very good customer orientation and genuinely try to help you even post sales, I keep going bk to Croma all the time for anything and everything.
