I live in Bangalore and so far I am happy with the product. Mr. Raghu (9164783939) had come for the demo. He was very courteous and I got the vacuum cleaner delivered on time, the very next day. He also came for the demo on the requested date, along with the bill and all other details
I have been regularly using the product and I am quite happy with it. Of course my interaction so far has been with only the above mentioned person, so I am not truly sure about the after sales issues which some of the members had reported in mouthshut. I got a decent feedback when I asked certain Customer’s who’ve been with them for more than a decade and I hope it remains true.
