Good product but horrible customer service

The product is very good. I like it a lot since there ar eno issues with wet or dry cleaning. But like any product if somehthing breaks you have to contact customer service. This is where the problem starts. Non responsible people, not bothered with anything. These are the people who give the product a bad name, even if the product is good.


My request was very simple. I broke my one of the extension tube and just wanted a replacement. Complaint 85146938 raised on 10th July 11. Until now I have spoken about 5 times and everytime some iliterate person just says someone will be sent to come to your house to check the machine. WHY!


I told them my exact need, and then they try to scramble to find the part. After that nothing happens. this has happened for the 5th call now.. but still I havent got my extension tuble.


Seriously - is getting an extension tube so difficult ???? I cant imagine what happens if the motor develops a problem.


So people - GOOD PRODUCT but STAY AWAY from this product just becuase of HORRIBLE customer service.


We talk like this about BSNL as well. As long as your line works all is good but when it goes dead you have to struggle to get it working. But believe me - getting your BSNL line repaired is an easy task compared to getting these so called service center people to get the job done.


Stay away !!


EDIT: 25-7-11 : Still no response. Useless customer service. Nobody bothers to call back. If this can happen to a plastic part, just think what will happen if its an electronic part.
