One not so fine day (20.06.11) Mr SiddhaRaju (Mob-9620548194) came to my home for demonstration of Vacuum Cleaner.
I should make it clear that I have never requested for such demo and it was just their door to door sales practice. After lot of convincing by the sales person, I decided to buy it and that WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE.

I made payment through credit card. SIddaraju informed and promised me that the I will receive the ORIGINAL bil invoice within 3 days, through courier OR he wil come personally.
Its now around 10 days. I have made many calls to sidaraju and hs sales manger (mob-9886753945) but every time they will either say that today they will send by courier. OR tomorrow bill will be personally handed. Today the sales manager said that it takes 15 days to deliver the bill (new story)
Customer care says it takes 45 days to generate bill!!!! (3rd story) complaint no- 85027924
Moral of posting: If buying any product from Eureka Forbes, ask the sales person to come with bill. All your terms and conditions will be accepted till you pay. ONce paid, then......
JUST IMAGINE, FOR BILL 3 STORIES HAVE COME UP...WHAT WILL HAPPEN FOR ANY SERVICE ISSUE....

His LIES on various days-
20.06.11 : date of purchase- will bill be sent by courier or by myself within 3 days
24.06.11: I will send bill tomorrow
25.06.11: I will send in a day or 2
27.06.11: I will send bill tomorrow or talk to my manager (9886753945); manager gave phone to another lady who said bill is being sent today by courier
29.06.11: I will give you bill be evening whereas manager said that he will get the bill delivered tomorrow
29.06.11: From 5.30pm onwards, I have called around 25times to siddaraju and he is not lifting my call (am still trying while writing this comment, the phone is in auto redial mode and he must have selected silence for my call)
I called customer care on 27.06.11 to complain about the issue. I was told that it takes 45days for bill invoice to be sent to and I was also informed that NO complaint can be booked against the sales person for giving wrong information and also for not keeping promises made to customer. However she gave me a request no- 85027924 and assured me to courier me the bill ASAP.
But why 45days???
Why am I worried about bill:
its my right to get original bill and its your duty and obligation to give the bill
I need to claim the bill from my office and I may miss the deadline for claims and loose Rs10790 reimbursment.
If things petty like this are not fulfilled, what will happen if the vacuum cleaner stops working...in warranty period....
