I am highly impressed with the Euroclean Wet and Dry. It does its job pretty well I should say. Big storage capacity that I need to clean it out only once in a month. I am very happy with the product. The thing what I am NOT happy about is the sales force who are selling this product. I was told that this machine comes with lifetime warranty and that I will be given a warranty certificate from the company that says it...
I have not got it so far. I was also promised a carrier case for the vacuum clear and it has not come yet after like an year. Multiple calls to the sames guy and his manager did not work so I kind of gave up.
Once the machine is sold, the sales guys wont take your call or respond. Other than the under delivering sales team, I am happy with the product and I hope it works without issues for years to come.
