Eureka Forbes Euroclean wet and dry equipment is not a good product. I purchased this product at a price of Rs. 1800 to clean my house. It performs both job of wiping the floors and drying the floors. I am using it since 11 months but didnt find the product good in work and service.
Its size is too bulky and also produces too much sound while working. Therefore, I am quite unsatisfied with this product.
I brought this equipment seeing the brand of Eureka Forbes. But this product from Eureka Forbes is not up to the mark. Initially I got broken attachment of this product, then I complained this to customer service centre( on call) but they didnt responded well to me. Later, they solved my issue but charge a lot for service( around Rs.300) .
I will rate this equipment with only 1 star because of bad quality of product and poor customer service support.
