I bought this vacuum cleaner a month back. The Sales Person in Murugeshpalya is Shiva who was the point of contact tuned out to be the ulltimate CROOK.
He gave me some temporary receipt and promised FREE GIFT(PROVOGUE WATCH) and Original Invoice Hard Copy within 1 week.
After this he never picked my phone ever again. It’s been more than a month now but I have neither received a free gift nor invoice.
God forbid but if someone has to go through the customer care
I liked the product so I made the payment but if you have to go through its customer care for follow up then every time there is a new executive who explains a new procedure.
