I have purchased Eureka forbes xforce product. And become fool ever in my life, sales Executive Mr. Pravin Promised me a lot about after sales service.
When I got this product delivered, it was non working faulty product.
After raising number of complaints and after too many escalations, followups they delivered new product that is worked for couple of months and it stopped working suddenly one day, again raised complaint to their call center for same. no one has attended that complaint.
Raised 3 time same complaint even asked to escalate on call center, but still nothing has happened till date, I would suggest do not buy any product from this company, their products are faulty, it would give you lot of pain instead of facilitated.
Experience of after sales service is really pathetic, no one would like to talk to their call center guys anymore.
