I am a customer of Eureka Forbes EuroClean X-Force Vacuum Cleaner and had bought this product in Feb 2014. The product stopped working due to some issue and I registered a complain with the helpline and my service request number was 77382966.
I also logged online complain and registered another complain the same day. I was promised that a Eureka Forbes attendant will call and visit to rectify the problem with the product. Till date there has been no call, no answer to the issue. Forget about that, I booked the product online and my transaction id was 14336. While I booked EuroClean Bravo, the product delivered to me was X-Force. I still bought the product by paying a huge different. The problem didnt end there. I wasnt given any receipt of the product. All I have is an online transaction receipt and a temporary invoice. When I asked the person who delivered my product about the receipt, I was told that will come through the mail but it never came. In this post I have as many as "THREE" grievances which remain unresolved.
I must say that the customer services of ?#?EurekaForbes? sucks. How many times do I have to register these complaints?
