Please don’t have faith on the sales team. They will cheat in very cool and calm way. You can’t call any of their mobile no. They will disconnect the phone, will not pick the phone, phone switched off, not reachable, many such replies are being given and heard. The people who I have contacted are Mr Bhalu no. 8553102826, 9066391020, Mr C K Dag no. 9538904420. Many other person I have contacted for sales related issue, but it was of no use. Whole Eureka Forbes community is fake. They will promise and will never deliver even very small promise.
You mail them, reply will not come back. You make phone calls to customer care, you will never get your turn to talk.
This all happens only after amount transaction. Before that you will be king and after that you will be begger.
