Euroclean products rocks. I recently purchased EuroClean Plus from a sales rep of Eureka Forbes. Compared to the previous version this version has many more improvisations although it preserves most of the features of the previous version
The things I like about this product is:
Power of the suction pump is fantastic. The rep told me it can suck out dust from 6 inch thick bed and it lives upto expectation
Specialized accessories to clean top of the fan
The document preserver bag.
More wet cleaning accessories have been added and really better than previous versions.
Simple switch between suction and blower.
Robot like model and surprizingly smooth wheels for easy portability
There are some aspects still to be desired from the after sales point of view
Although the sales rep gave a good demo, it was a bit too fast for anyone to understand.
Sales rep who contacted us gave us promise that they would give us a tool bag to keep the accessories and mite free pillows. But are yet to deliver it eventhough it had been two months till we purchased it. Also they keep on telling out of stock.
Some of the support numbers given in Chennai are innaccessible. They are either unreachable or engaged continuously for hours.
