I had purchased this eureka forbes security system from a nearby shop and I am sharing am sharing my experience about this product. The product is delivered and installed on the on the same day of my purchase which is good. It has a good features in it and it is very easy to use also. I installed it in my office and it works good for 10 days but after that it started giving problem. I contacted manufacturer service centre and raise a complain about the product.I got my refund in 15 days which is very bad. I will not recommended this product to anyone it is not value for money
