Very Poor Customer Support

Euro vigil was installed in my home on 6th Feb 2010. They said one year warranty and then we have to renew the warranty after one year. Even to renew the warranty, they never turned up.


3 months back, the alarm turned on even if all the doors were closed. We had to shut down the security system. Then we contacted the customer support, they said they’ll come in 48 hours but no response till now even after repeated raise of complaints.
