My brand new Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier has suddenly stopped working. So we contacted Eureka Forbes customer care they sent a service technician who claimed to be an authorised agent and serviced my repaired water purifier however he collected Rs.5000 in the name of annual maintenance. He haven’t serviced properly as he fused the indicators in the purifier even after servicing, the water filter has stopped working. I called several times to register complaint to Eureka Forbes customer service but there is no proper response. Then finally they sent a technician and he informed that original filters were stolen by the previous service technician. So it won’t work as expected but somehow he fixed it temporarily. After 2months again it had stopped working, we have registered a complaint multiple times but still nobody came for the service. Waste of money. Please never ever buy Eureka Forbes products. Thankyou.
