I was recently interested in getting a demo for a Eureka Forbes "FORBES SMARTCLEAN WITH HOME MAPPING PRO" product. Unfortunately, my experience with their phone customer support was quite disappointing. When I asked about a demo, the executive simply told me tocheck YouTube videos. This was a surprising and unhelpful response, definitely not what Id expect when trying to learn more about a product from a company like Eureka Forbes. It felt like my request for a proper demonstration was dismissed. Hope to see an improvement in their customer interaction for demos.
