Pathetic Customer Service

I bought a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Crystal Plus UV Water Purifier(White) from Amazon on 12th Aug and delivered by 14th Aug


Its of Poor quality.


So so look and feel.


Pathetic Service Center. Called 4-5 times for installation [since 15th Aug to till date(21-Aug)], no body came for installation and no call from Eureka Forbes.


Poor Information management software. Every time I call to customer care, they ask all my information again and again. No persistence of my personal information even they do manipulation with requests.E.g I did request for installation but next time they said request was for repair. It showed a lot of problem with their understanding.


All in all false commitment of installation in 2 working day even one senior team member committed for installation by 12.00 PM of 20th Aug. Still no call no installation.


Would never recommend any product of Eureka Forbes else you will be struggling with customer service all the time.
