Worst Customer Service

I bought an Aquaguard Classic+ water purifier in Jan 2021 in exchange of an old machine which had an AMC valid until Jan 2022. At the time of purchase, the sales man Mr. Naveen promised to transfer the AMC to the new machine. It is now more than a year nothing has been done, I have written several mails to Eureka including the CEO and have also called the customer service to no avail. I have lost faith in the company and would advise customers not to accept verbal assurances.
