In Noida, Sector 168, CM Yadav, was the technician for our Enhance RO who visited for service. A very Rude person, who made a smaller problem a big one. which was then continued for 4 days. and then after multiple calls was connected to the Service Manager, of Noida, on 2nd Feb. Named Megha. who was also rude. Once I started recording the call, the tone of everyone on the call changed.
Immediately they turned polite, Then they said Motor is available, and the person is coming to you. Till then, they blamed me for the problems, saying, "The request was only registered on 31st Jan, and its been only a day. You are blaming the technician. We are getting the issue fixed. Its bad weather outside, and you are saying all this etc.etc."
I am hoping they return my Money.
