Re installation delay and Worst Service

One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. They have grown up and forgot their past. Utter worst service. I have requested for a reinstallation and waited for 15 days to get it done even after multiple calls, messages and emails. The sad part is that they give a date for tecnician visit and we need to chase them. The firm is not updated. I got a date 29th April for reinstallation. Even after 15 days of continuous follow up still in their system the date is not updated and showing 29th April itself. This is a machine which should provide Drinking water for the home. Unlike other products we cant wait for long days. All these days I have been purchasing mineral water. It is also a loss for me. At last today the technician visited and reinstalled device. By God’s grace the guy is kind and good. I purchased adaptor few months back and now it got damaged. So I was forced to purchase a gold amc. Otherwise again I lose money. looting money through the technique of AMC and providing bulshit service. There are plenty of Good companies provides Better product and Best service. If you have complete trust and faith go with a Brand. Otherwise Never go with such a Brand.
