My humble request please dont go for AMC. I went for 3 years waranty in 2022. 15 days back i booked a service complaint.Till now nobody turned up. Technician is disconnecting the call.Since last 3 days i am writing complaint mail. Auto reply that your complaint is open and will be resolved in 24 hours. So far 3 times 24 hours have gone. No response. They dont care because AMC amount is already received by them. If its a paid service they will attend in mo time. Horrible, hopeless reckless service. I will never ever go for AMC. Please be alert.
Today is 29th. Till now nobody turned up for servicing.
