I have recently purchased Eureka Bravo Vaccum cleaner in Madurai, TamilNadu, India. The sales man said that they are direct distributers. So by believing in the brand name I purchased the product.
Now, when I checked the box I can see that this was one year old manufactured product. So I checked with the distributer to provide me this year new product but I didn’t received any proper update from them and also they are not returning or attending my calls.
I was planning on getting a new water purifier and registered for call back to help with customer service. I got the call back immediately on the same day, but when I registered for complaint, no one called me for the past 1 month. Anyway I’m not going to purchase anything anymore from them due to worst customer service. They want to loot the money from us but once the product is sold out they are not caring about any complaint.
Please do not buy anything from Eureka from any mode, ie. distributers Or direct website. They all are worst.
