Complaint Against Eureka ForbesNon-Installation of Filters Despite AMC Purchase
I purchased an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eureka Forbes on July 31st, 2025. As part of this AMC, the company was supposed to install replacement filters. However, even after more than 10 days and repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited for installation.
I have been calling and following up daily, but there has been no resolution. Instead, I keep receiving reminders without any actual service being provided.

This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction. I am now requesting immediate action:
1.Arrange the filter installation at the earliest OR
2.Refund my AMC payment in full
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further to consumer rights authorities and share my experience publicly to warn others.
