I would like to share my horrible experience with Eurkea Forbes customer service. I placed an order on 20th of January and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th of January. Below were the set of events afterwards:
When the product wasnt delivered by 30th of January, I called the customer care and was put on hold for around 10-12 minutes after which the executive disconnected the call while I was on hold.
I tried my luck once again by calling for the second time when I found out that somehow my order was deleted from the system and the executive assured me that the product will be delivered within 5 business days.
I waited for 5 business days and called the customer care again on 5th of February. This time the executive said that she had communicated this issue to the concerned team and that she will call me back within 2 hours with a status of my order. I never received a call.
I called again on 9th of February. This time the executive asked for my customer number and callback number saying that she will check with the concerned team and will call me back immediately. I never received the call.
Finally I cancelled the order online on 9th of February after which I received a mail mentioning that their team will contact me. When no one contacted me, I once again contacted their customer care on 13th of February to check the status of refund. I had been then assured that the refund shall be credited within 8 days of cancelling the order.
I followed up multiple times, complained on their FB wall, but no result.
Finally I had to lodge a complain on consumer court website, only after this I was able to get my money back.
I am never ever going to buy any product from Eureka Forbes. They are just a bunch of cheats!
