Product may be good but customer care is poor

The customer care for Eurka Forbes is bad. Take a look at this:




  1. They delivered a model that I did not ask for. Exchange took 8 days of calling up everyday and three recorded complaints ( once they even gave a wrong complaint number so I could not follow up).  Everyday they promised that they would send the correct machine ’today’




  2. The receipt for payment of the correct machine was not given at time of delivery. I needed it to give it to our landlord since I was buying on his behalf. They said, it will take 10 to 15 days! Should not the receipt be given immediately?






Anyway, the receipt did not arrive even after 30 days. I have been calling them up everyday (regularly since the 27th day) and either I get no response or a promise that it will be delivered today/tomorrow. Nothing has come of it. Registered a complaint. Nothing has come of that too. It has been over a month since I made the purchase and I do not even have a receipt after repeated requests. What will they do when the machine needs servicing, I wonder?
