If you like peace of mind, stay away. The BP just rises when you break your head trying to get some service done. What they demo at home is a sham. For wet-and-dry vacuum, they remove some key components which make cleaning a nightmare and then demo. You get impressed by the power. That’s it.
When you call for complaint, they courteously say that you will be contacted within 24 hours. Days become weeks. You can keep escalating, but they are of no use. Forget about visit, not even a courtesy call. Well, I just blame myself for getting conned.
