Today, this is the 6 th day on my complaint, and after calling hundreds of times to their pathetic customer center, when I asked them to connect me to the incharge, the support guy told me that we can only call the incharge in matter of urgency and 1 week no service is not an urgency of any nature. WOW! great words. Also those frauds service guys have provided me three service escalation numbers, but no one picks the phone there. Isnt it just another way to frustrate the customer and a criminal offense to provide deliberately false and non working numbers to the customer.
The numbers are: 93423105, 93423105, 97413333**. When I shouted on the guy, he told me that you cant speak like that. I told him, your company can take money for 3 year AMC and dont show up, they can do whatever they want and the customer cant complain also. Now after calling so many times, this guys dont even listen to me and just disconnects the phone. This is the true nature of this company.
