I "WAS" a regular Eureka Fobes customer, I have bought Vaccum cleaner, Aqua Guard and now I bought their "RO" system Reviva. Unfortunately the EF standards have degraded "DRASTICALLY" and I am disappointed. I bought Reviva on 24th June and till now I have not received the Invoice and the service has been due.
Every time you call up to their pathetic customer care service, they would give you a new ticket number and tell you we’ll call you back within 15 mins and then theres no action. Many times you’ll be promised of some senior guy on call but they disconnect the line in between. The sales man was all that "Happy" guy which never showed up and since he did not have a card we can not even contact him.
I wish I had never bought their product and have now decided to get the bill from their service center or go to consumer court. This is a fake company and all people beware of them and their products. They don;t care about you once you’ve bought the product even if its not working.
BOTTOM LINE: Fake Company with Pathetic Support and Sales people.
