We booked Eureka Forbes Water purifier, on my husband Mr Surendran Purshotam name, after being chased by their Sales Person Mr Chedda( Mob:9029810483), handed him the cheque on Sunday 6th June 2010 after he confirmed that 99.99% the delivery & installation will be undertaken on the same day( June 6th), if by a very small probablilty it couldnot then 100% he will personally see that the machine is installed on Monday June 7th.( This is the last we heard from him).
After that day their salesperson didnot have the decency to pick our call( from the same Number on which he was consistently calling)let alone call back.
After getting no response for 10 days, we wrote at their consumer care id( as advertised on thier website & called their callcenter) to cancel our order, but till date no response has arrived.
We called up their coprorate office presuming that personnel will be more responsible & responsive there, alas thats just an illusion some woman by the name of Mrs Hedge was connected & she said she will get( which ofcourse she didnot) & thereafter their corporate office operator didnot forward the call whenever we tried to get in touch.
We called their customer care who asked us to get in touch with the area Manager, Sushil( Mob:9821964934) who as usual said he will get back to us in 30 minutes, thereal funis neither do their 10minutes, 30 minutes etc ever come to an end & mysteriously the next time your call is also not picked!
We didnot expect this pathetic attitude from them but warn you dont ever think of buying any of Eureka forbes product.
As for us, we are definetly going to consumer forum, because these jerks have debited our cheques, even after asking them
1.verbally to thier sales person
2.Calling their Call center
3.Writing to them.
They really are sickening, I am just happy that I dont have their product.
