Bought a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier 3 years back.
While the product is stylish, the water that it delivers lives up and the gadgetry is cool and reliable, the company that makes it SUCKS...
ANd when I say SUCKS, It really does...
Monica Lewinsky would stand a far second compared to Eureka Forbes!!! (even with no first hand info on the formers skills at the particular task except what Hilly Billy told the world!)
The company which was synonymous with vac cleaners has gone into the Dark Ages when they reached some curve of growth. Taking customers for granted never got anybody anywhere except the Consumer Forums! Guess they are still to discover THAT!
Try getting someone to give you that smiling and prompt service! Chances are, you will get your next increment waiting for promises to be delivered.
What a classic case of Good Product backed by Non-Existent Support.
Did some one say "Customer Helpline"? Well, you aint seen/heard anything yet dude, if you are cribbing of Customer Helplines, if you aint seen Eureka Forbes yet!! Believe me, its not even worth trying.:) So why go to EF when there are a dozen brands which may give you great service, apart from from the lip, which everybody anyway does?!
All said and done, I still love my purified water and the lovely cylinder which keeps supplying it to me...
But, Brutus is an Honourable Man!!
