I wanted to re-install the Water filter in my new rented house. I registered a request waited for almost 15 days but nobody turned up. I followed to customer care almost everyday but no help. Finally I had to call the local technician to install the system.
I used here for 6 months and left for abroad. Now again I am calling Eureka Forbes to clean the filter from last 5 days but still no response of my request. This time I registered the request online. Tried to call customer care but nobody picks phone.
I am honestly requesting people not to buy product from Eureka Forbes. Rest is up to you
A Big ’NO’ to Eureka Forbes only because of worst after sale service.
