Cheating name AMC!! No response for a week now

I made my biggest mistake in my life by buying this . I have seen already complaints about their poor service. Now my Aquagurad Total Revive is under AMC from 2012 Oct. Till now no mandate Free service done by them. Last week It stopped working and once external pre-filter which is completely blocked now. I it got  rectified after more than a week of waiting.


NOW AGAIN MY PURIFIER DOWN AND I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 13TH JUNE AND TILL NOW NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT TEAM. I TRIED TO ESCALATE IT MANY TIMES THROUGH CALL CENTER BUT NO LUCK.


PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO WAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Dears from please be aware and away from their product. My Complaint Number - 88582991.
