Out of all Eureka Forbes products, Aquagaurd is probably the best . I have the Aquagaurd royal purchased 4 years back., its still working well. Service is good. Usually after 1 year its wise to take the AMC . AMC would cover all repairs and also replacement of candles and carbon etc.. during the year. There service people are good enough , usually I have not faced issue with them , in Mumbai or bangalore.
Among the other Eureka forbes products such as Vaccum cleaner called Euroclean, . which I bought 3 years back, its also working well, no issues so far. Except the salesman was quite deceptive, he finally delivered me less accessories than what it should contain , I finally had to write to eureka forbes office to get it corrected. Here the salesman’s experience was bad, however as a product it has not given me any problems.
Another eureka forbes product which you SHOULD NEVER BUY is called the Home security systems. Its quite expensive, I had one installed at my house here, however the service is bad, the stuff is imported from canada, and the service engineers here have no clue about it , its cumbersome to configure so neither you can do it yourself well, nor the eureka forbes people have the skill or expertise to do it either. Its quite of a waste of money.
Infact do not buy all these fancy security alarm stuff in India, watchman is far from practical idea. customer service was bad
