I bought Aquaguard Enhance Model for Rs 14550 and got delivered last week.The installer wanted to install the unit even when I insisted to come when I Back Home.But he simply wanted 450 Rs for the Stand and just installed the stand breaking my kitchen tiles and told my Wife how to give pipe connection and left even without switching on the unit.When I visited my home the Unit was not like a new one and the serial number of the unit is different from serial number in the Carton Box.When I complaint about this to the sales guy(Vishnu, Madipakkam Chennai) who came more than 10 times to collect money never answered my call.And I still chasing Customer care from 24th and they say same thing’your problem will be resolved before end of the day’and still my unit is not even switched on and no one has contacted me yet .So please friends please be cautious and secondly till now I could not evaluate the product as it not used yet and I really worry to buy this product.
.If any one cannot believe please note my complaint number 88605524 is till not closed.I haven’t received my invoice yet. Please do not pay anything until your unit is installed, Working properly.
Check the TDS level before and after purifying. Get the invoice and pay for it, , , ,
