Filters are not replaced since Feb 09

I am using aquaguard since 2004. last year they have signed a two years service contact with me. I have paid more than 1800 for the same. As per the contract ureka Forbes suppose to replace the filters after one year (Its in feb 09).


But no one turned up to my home. So I called the customer care, they told me that within next 24 hrs some body will come and replace the filters. But no one form UF comes to my home. Then again I called the customer care, same story repets. It happens two more times. So can anybody tell me whether I can login a complaint against ureka forbes in civil court? If anybody from Ureka Forbes read this please let me know the next step.


Please help me as soon as possible. Its very urgent. Please treat it on high priority.
